I declare myself to be in good health, that I am capable to participate in recreational and physical activities organized by Glocalize Yourself Srls, that I understand that, as a guest in Italy, I am subject to the laws of that country, that I assume all responsibilities for injuries or damages caused to myself or third parties that arise from my participation in Glocalize Yourself activities, and accept the Glocalize Yourself rules and any accompanying rules associated with Glocalize Yourself activities and recreational events.
I hold harmless the Glocalize Yourself Srls, its management, and all related employees from any and all claims and causes of action for damage to or loss of property, personal illness or injury, or death arising from the activities or during recreational events proposed or organized by Glocalize Yourself Srls.
